You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. We will refund the full purchase amount, including any shipping costs for the outbound shipment. Please note that return costs of £9.95/€9.95 may apply.
The refund can only be processed after we have received the returned product in good order or after you have provided proof of shipment.
We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for your purchase, to make the process as simple as possible.
