We will ensure that the full purchase amount, including any shipping and payment costs, is refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation notice. However, we may delay the refund until we have received the products back, or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the products, whichever is earlier.
