The following costs and responsibilities are associated with a return shipment:
The costs for a standard return shipment are £9.95/€9.95, including VAT. When you use the return label through Bono, these costs will be deducted from your refund by withholding the amount.
If there is an incorrect or damaged delivery, Bono will cover the return costs. In that case, returns are free.
If you decide to use your own carrier, the costs are at your expense.
For damaged or used products, or in the event of a broken seal, we reserve the right to charge costs.
