Print the return label, stick it on the box and take your package to the nearest postal point.

Please note: the costs for a standard return shipment are £9.95/€9.95 including VAT. When you use the return label through Bono, these costs will be deducted from your refund by withholding the amount.

If you choose to return the order yourself, you are responsible for any damage or loss during transport. In such a case, Bono cannot be held responsible.
