Follow these steps:
Enter your order number and the email address you used when placing the order.
Select the product you want to return and specify the reason for the return.
Choose a return method (for example, FedEx).
Your return request will be processed as soon as possible.
You’ll receive a digital return label (by email or directly for printing).
Send the package back using the label and your chosen return method.
Note: The standard return fee is £9.95 (incl. VAT). If you use the return label provided by BONO, this fee will be automatically deducted from your refund.
