If your Bono purchase is damaged, no return is necessary. Email all information within 7 days. Click here for more information.

Have you discovered damage to your purchase from Bono? We find that very annoying for you.

You do not have to return the damaged item. Instead, please send us the following information via our customer service so that we can help you as quickly as possible:

  • Your order number (for example BONO_10101_UK).

  • Name of the damaged item.

  • Photos that clearly show the following aspects:

  1. The damage, depicted as clearly as possible.

  2. The entire article.

Remember, all claims for orders involving damaged or incorrect items must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery date.
