The following conditions apply to a return shipment:
You can only return products if they are unopened and sealed. This means, for example, that a jar of supplements must still be sealed to be eligible for return.
Make sure you register your return within 14 days of receiving the product and then return the product within another 14 days.
If products are opened or damaged, Bono reserves the right to charge costs.
