We only accept returns that meet the following requirements:
The return must be registered within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be returned to us within 28 days of receiving it.
The product must be unopened and sealed.
If the product is opened or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a fee.
A standard return fee of £9.95 (incl. VAT) applies per return.
If you choose to return your order yourself (without using the return label or registering the return), you are responsible for any damage or loss during transport. In such cases, BONO cannot be held liable.
We will process the refund once the returned product has been received and registered at our warehouse.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
The processing time is a maximum of 14 days after the return has been received.
Shipping costs from the original delivery are not refunded unless the entire order is returned or there has been an error or damage on our part.
