Do you return a product? Then you lose the points that you earned with that product. You keep the points for the other products in your order.
An example: you order two products of £25 each. You get 500 points. You return one product. Then you keep 250 points.
Do I get money or points back?
That depends on how you paid:
What you paid with money, you get back as money.
What you paid with points, you get back as points.
I had already used my points. What now?
Had you already redeemed your points before you returned something? Then your balance can go below zero. New points first fill that gap. After that you earn points as usual again.
An example: you use 1,000 points for a discount. You now have 0 points. Then you return a product with which you had earned 250 points. Then you have minus 250 points. On your next order, your new points first go to that minus 250.
