Can I still cancel my order?

Orders cannot be modified or canceled after they have been finalized or dispatched. Once an order progresses to this stage, the process becomes automated, and changes are no longer possible. This includes changes to the quantity, items, or shipping address. However, you still have the option to return or refuse the package upon delivery. If you decide not to accept the package, you can easily let the delivery driver know by saying, "I want to return this order to sender." The delivery driver will then take the package. Notify BONO's customer service about your refusal to ensure the return is processed efficiently.

If you've accepted the package, you can still return it by initiating a return process through the BONO website. Log in to your BONO account to request a return label. Within 24 hours, you will receive a return label, which you can print and attach to the box to return the package. Follow the provided instructions carefully to send the package back.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery and therefore cannot refuse the package at the door, there is no cause for concern. You can easily request a return label through our website by going to https://bono-couk.returnless.com/.
