Have you registered your return? We’ll first process your request. Once your return has been approved and the product received, the refund will be issued automatically.
Are you returning your full order? Then we refund the full purchase amount, including any shipping or payment fees, as quickly as possible. Are you returning only part of your order? Then we refund the amount of the returned products. In that case, shipping costs from the original delivery are not refunded, unless there has been an error or damage on our part.
You’ll receive your money within 14 working days after we’ve received your return.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
Once you’ve received a confirmation that your refund has been processed, it can take 1 to 5 working days for the money to appear in your account.
