How can I track my order?

At Bono, we offer you the ability to track your order from the time it is placed until delivery. This process is as follows:

  1. Immediately after your order: You will receive an email confirmation from us immediately after completing your order with all the details of your purchase.

  2. Shipping confirmation: Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, we will send you another email with the Track&Trace information. This allows you to accurately track the progress of your shipment.

What if my tracking has not been updated?

Occasionally, your tracking information may not be updated immediately. Normally, you will receive an update of your tracking number every 24-48 hours. Should there be a delay, don't worry: your package is still on its way to you.

Not receiving updates?

If you haven't received an update for more than three business days, we encourage you to contact our customer service team. We are here to help you and address any concerns you may have.

Orders placed before 11:59 p.m. on business days will be shipped the same day. We make sure to keep you informed throughout the process, so you know exactly when to expect your products.
