BONO Members has four levels. Everyone starts at Silver. The more you spend with us in total, the higher your level. And the higher your level, the more benefits you get, such as the free product with your order.

You automatically move up to the next level as soon as you have spent enough. You do not have to do anything for this.
An example: you have spent £130 in total. You now order for £30. Then your total is £160 and you are Gold.

Which amounts count?
Only what you pay for products. This does not count:
shipping costs;
products that you return;
the discount that you get with your points.
Where can I see my level?
Log in and go to bono.co.uk/members. There you see how many points you have, which level you have and how much more you need to spend for the next level.
Can I also drop down a level?
Yes, if you do not order anything for 12 months. Then you drop down one level. Before that happens, you get an email. So you still have time to order something and keep your level. Your level does not drop if you use points.
Do you drop down a level? Then your total starts again at the starting amount of your new level. An example: you are Diamond and you do not order anything for 12 months. Then you become Platinum and your total is £400. To become Diamond again, you need to spend £500 again.
