BONO Members is our loyalty programme for regular customers. You earn points with every order. With those points you get a discount on a next order. The more you order from us, the more benefits you get.
How many points do I get?
For every £1 you spend, you get 10 points. Do you spend £50? Then you get 500 points. You get the points as soon as your order is paid.
You earn points on the amount you actually pay for your products, so after discount. Shipping costs do not count.
I ordered without an account. Do I still get points?
Yes. Your points are waiting for you. Log in with the same email address you used for your order. Your points then appear in your account automatically. Do you log in with a different email address? Then you do not get the points.

You get an email with a 6-digit code.
Enter the code. The code works for 15 minutes.
No email? Then check your spam folder. Do you have two accounts with different email addresses? Contact us.
Can I also earn points in other ways?
Yes, with the actions below. Only becoming a member does not earn points.

Complete your profile | 100 | First name, last name, date of birth, gender and health goal. For your health goal we ask for your consent. Without that consent you do not get these points. Once. |

Place your second order | 200 | You get the points after your second order. Create an account before your second order, otherwise these points expire. Once. |
Write a review of a product you have purchased | 50 | One review per product per order. |
You only get the points for your profile and the newsletter when you are logged in.
How long are my points valid for?
12 months. Do you order something or use your points? Then the 12 months start again, for all your points. Do you order at least once a year? Then your points never expire.
Why are my points at 0? I have ordered from you before.
BONO Members started on 30 September 2026. Orders placed before that date do not earn points. So everyone started at 0 points. You can still see your old orders in your account.
