Have you received a damaged product?

In most cases, you don’t need to return the damaged item. You just need to report it via our return form.

  1. Select the damaged product and provide the reason for return.

  2. Upload clear photos of the damage and the product.

  3. We’ll review your report. In most cases, you won’t need to send the item back.

  4. You’ll receive a refund for the purchase amount or we’ll send you a replacement product.

Note: Always report any damage as soon as possible after receiving the product via the form.
