If the content of your order is incomplete or differs from what you ordered, we kindly but urgently request that you contact our customer service team immediately. You can reach us by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by using the chat function at the bottom right of the screen.

In this e-mail, please include your order number and, if possible, attach a photo of the products received or an accurate description of what is missing. Please also let us know if the parcel may have been opened on arrival. This is important for us to assess whether there may have been theft or a mistake when putting together your order in our warehouse.

By providing this information, we can serve you faster and more effectively. We will then ensure that the missing items are sent back soon or that we find a suitable solution.
