Once an order has been placed, it is unfortunately not possible to change the delivery address via our website. A possible option is to try changing the address via the track and trace link you receive from the carrier. Depending on the carrier, you can sometimes use this link to change the delivery address or choose delivery to a pick-up point.

For future orders, you can change the delivery address by logging into your account on our website.

Should the parcel nevertheless be delivered to an incorrectly entered address, we advise you to collect the parcel from that address yourself if possible.

If the parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address and the carrier is unable to rectify this, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

In such a case, we request that you contact our customer service team at [email protected] or our chat. We will then arrange for the parcel to be sent to you again, this time to the correct address.
