If you are not at home when your parcel is delivered, we will try to deliver it to your neighbours. If this is not possible, we will take the parcel to a collection point nearby. You will receive a notification in your letterbox and an e-mail with instructions on how to collect your parcel.
To collect your parcel from the collection point, it is necessary to have a valid ID and the Track & Trace e-mail with you.
