Can I get a price adjustment for an item I have already purchased?
At BONO we understand that our prices can fluctuate due to various factors, which could mean the price of an item you have already purchased changes. Here are some reasons why a price adjustment may occur:
Exchange rates
Higher costs in our supply chain (supplier or freight)
Improved product quality, features or hardware
A shift in market prices
Sales or promotions
In addition, some prices may change significantly because the previous price was set incorrectly. This may mean that a product now costs double, for example, compared to a previous order. In that case, you simply got lucky with the lower price on your previous purchase.
We understand this may be disappointing, but unfortunately we are unable to offer price adjustments, refunds or credits for the difference in price after an order has been placed. It is also not possible to apply discount codes or gift vouchers afterwards to orders that have already been placed.
